(૧) શૈક્ષણિક લાયકાત : ધોરણ ૧૨ પાસ-હાયર સેકન્ડરી પરીક્ષા અથવા ગુજરાત સરકારશ્રીના સામાન્ય વહીવટ વિભાગના તા.૧૫/૦૫/૨૦૧૨ ના ઠરાવ નં.રવભ-૧૦૨૦૧૧-યુ.ઓ.૧૯૦.ક માં જણાવ્યા મુજબ ધોરણ-૧૨ સમકક્ષ પરીક્ષા પાસ હોવા જોઇએ.

(ર) જાહેરાત આપવાનો સંભવિત સમયઃ સપ્ટેમ્બર /ઓક્ટોબર - ૨૦૨૬

(૩) શારીરિક કસોટી શરૂ થવાનો સંભવિત સમય : ડીસેમ્બર-૨૦૨૬ /જાન્યુઆરી-૨૦૨૭

(૪) દોડ કસોટીમાં કવોલીફાઇડ થવા માટે સમયમર્યાદા (પુરૂષ-૫૦૦૦ મીટર ૨૫ મિનિટમાં, મહિલા- ૧૬૦૦ મીટર ૦૯:૩૦ મિનિટમાં, માજી સૈનિક-૨૪૦૦ મીટર ૧૨:૩૦ મિનિટમાં).

(૫) લેખિત પરીક્ષાનો સંભવિત સમય : માર્ચ /એપ્રિલ-૨૦૨૭

The GPRB has issued a new job alert for Lokrakshak Cadre Recruitment 2026-27. A total of 3,000 vacancies are proposed to be filled through direct recruitment for UPC, APC and SRPF categories.

As per the job alert dated 29 August 2026, the recruitment notification is likely to be released during September / October 2026. Candidates who have passed Class 12 or an equivalent examination will be eligible as per the qualification mentioned in the alert. Who Can Apply for GPRB Lokrakshak Cadre Recruitment 2026?

Candidates must have passed the 12th standard / Higher Secondary examination or an examination recognised as equivalent to Class 12 under the applicable Gujarat Government rules.

GPRB Lokrakshak Physical Test 2026

The tentative physical test is expected to begin during December 2026 / January 2027. Candidates will have to qualify in the running test within the prescribed time limits.
