INSTITUTE OF BANKING PERSONNEL SELECTION (IBPS) ભરતી લાયકાત:

1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી કોઈપણ વિષયમાં Bachelor's Degree (સ્નાતક ડિગ્રી) અથવા સમકક્ષ લાયકાત. સંબંધિત RRB દ્વારા નિર્ધારિત સ્થાનિક ભાષામાં પ્રાવીણ્ય જરૂરી છે. કમ્પ્યુટરનું કાર્યકારી જ્ઞાન ઇચ્છનીય છે.

અનુભવ: જરૂરી નથી.

2. Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

કોઈપણ વિષયમાં Bachelor's Degree. Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, IT, Management, Law, Economics અથવા Accountancy જેવા વિષયોમાં ડિગ્રી ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોને પ્રાધાન્ય.

સંબંધિત સ્થાનિક ભાષાનું જ્ઞાન જરૂરી છે.

અનુભવ: જરૂરી નથી.

3. Officer Scale-II – General Banking Officer

કોઈપણ વિષયમાં Bachelor's Degree અને કુલ ઓછામાં ઓછા 50% ગુણ.

અનુભવ: બેન્ક અથવા નાણાકીય સંસ્થામાં Officer તરીકે 2 વર્ષનો અનુભવ.

4. Officer Scale-II – Information Technology Officer

Electronics/Communication/Computer Science/IT અથવા સમકક્ષ વિષયમાં Bachelor's Degree અને ઓછામાં ઓછા 50% ગુણ.

અનુભવ: સંબંધિત ક્ષેત્રમાં 1 વર્ષ.

5. Officer Scale-II – Chartered Accountant

Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ના Chartered Accountant તરીકેની લાયકાત.

અનુભવ: Chartered Accountant તરીકે 1 વર્ષ.

6. Officer Scale-II – Law Officer

માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી Law Degree અને ઓછામાં ઓછા 50% ગુણ.

અનુભવ: Advocate તરીકે અથવા બેન્ક/નાણાકીય સંસ્થામાં Law Officer તરીકે 2 વર્ષ.

7. Officer Scale-II – Treasury Manager

Chartered Accountant અથવા માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટી/સંસ્થામાંથી MBA in Finance.

અનુભવ: સંબંધિત ક્ષેત્રમાં 1 વર્ષ.

8. Officer Scale-II – Marketing Officer

માન્ય યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી MBA in Marketing.

અનુભવ: સંબંધિત ક્ષેત્રમાં 1 વર્ષ.

9. Officer Scale-II – Agricultural Officer

Agriculture/Horticulture/Dairy/Animal Husbandry/Forestry/Veterinary Science/Agricultural Engineering/Pisciculture માં Bachelor's Degree અને ઓછામાં ઓછા 50% ગુણ.

અનુભવ: સંબંધિત ક્ષેત્રમાં 2 વર્ષ.

10. Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

કોઈપણ વિષયમાં Bachelor's Degree અને ઓછામાં ઓછા 50% ગુણ.

અનુભવ: બેન્ક અથવા નાણાકીય સંસ્થામાં Officer તરીકે ઓછામાં ઓછા 5 વર્ષ.

નોંધ: CGPA/OGPA ધરાવતા ઉમેદવારોએ પોતાની યુનિવર્સિટીના નિયમ મુજબ તેને ટકાવારીમાં રૂપાંતરિત કરવું પડશે. લાયકાતની ડિગ્રીનું પરિણામ 21-09-2026 સુધી જાહેર થયેલું હોવું જોઈએ.

ઉમેદવારનો જન્મ 02-09-1997 કરતાં પહેલાં અને 01-09-2007 પછીનો ન હોવો જોઈએ.

Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager)

18 વર્ષથી વધુ અને 30 વર્ષથી ઓછી.

જન્મ તારીખ 02-09-1995 કરતાં પહેલાં અને 01-09-2007 પછીની ન હોવી જોઈએ.

Officer Scale-II (Manager)

21 વર્ષથી વધુ અને 32 વર્ષથી ઓછી.

જન્મ તારીખ 02-09-1993 કરતાં પહેલાં અને 01-09-2004 પછીની ન હોવી જોઈએ.

Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager)

21 વર્ષથી વધુ અને 40 વર્ષથી ઓછી.

અરજી ફીની ઓનલાઈન ચુકવણી 01-09-2026 થી 21-09-2026 દરમિયાન કરી શકાશે. ઓનલાઈન ચુકવણીના બેન્ક ટ્રાન્ઝેક્શન ચાર્જ ઉમેદવારે ચૂકવવાના રહેશે.

Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Provisional Allotment

Provisional Allotment મુખ્ય પરીક્ષાના ગુણ અને RRB દ્વારા જણાવવામાં આવેલી વાસ્તવિક ખાલી જગ્યાઓના આધારે થશે.

Officer Scale-I

Preliminary Exam → Main Exam → Common Interview → Provisional Allotment

Officer Scale-II અને Scale-III

Single-level Online Exam → Common Interview → Provisional Allotment

ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ કુલ 100 ગુણનું રહેશે. લઘુત્તમ ક્વોલિફાઇંગ ગુણ General માટે 40% અને SC/ST/OBC/PwBD ઉમેદવારો માટે 35% છે.

Officer પોસ્ટ માટે Online Exam અને Interviewનું વેઇટેજ 80:20 રહેશે.

Officer પોસ્ટના ઇન્ટરવ્યૂનું સંકલન Nodal Regional Rural Bank દ્વારા NABARD અને IBPSની મદદથી કરવામાં આવશે.
